We are delighted to announce the Stonepitts 2022 “Folking In The Strawberries” series.
9th, 16th, 23th, 30th June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th July.
This years #Folking will promise the usual high quality of music provided by some of the UK’s best new artists set to a backdrop of stunning sunsets over the North Downs while the kids run free and create memories for a lifetime. There will be surprises, great food, great beer and great company as we gather together at Stonepitts in what has become a beautiful community of lovers of music and countryside (it still blows my mind that we can have so many visitors and not even a carrier bag of rubbish at the end). While it is wonderful to be able to plan these events in a world that at present seems to be moving forward from COVID restrictions, there is of course a new threat in the news. With this in mind we will be making a donation of 50p for every ticket sold to charities and initiatives in support of Ukraine, in doing this we hope to raise a significant amount to help as this situation continues to evolve.
Not the small print: We have not made the print below small as we consider it is very important that you take the time to read through
Although COVID restrictions are being lifted, we expect everybody to respect each other's space while enjoying themselves at Folking In The Strawberries. The great news is that we can now dance!!! But not everyone will want to so please respect that.
For children under 3 there will be no charge
Parent/Guardians are fully responsible for their own children/dependents and must know where they are at all times
Fruit picking is not guaranteed at each date, this is dependent on fruit availability. We grow our fruit naturally in the ground without poly tunnels and without irrigation, this means the fruit we grow has less impact on the environment, but it also means we have less control over when it will show.
Whilst venues are having restrictions lifted, the risk cannot be completely eliminated. Upon attending Folking In The Strawberries, you assume all risk associated with Covid-19.
Refunds are only considered on major cancellation.
For the purposes of these T&Cs: ‘major cancellation’ is the cancellation of the Event in full (and not rescheduled).
Refunds should be requested from the point of purchase, no later than 28 days after the Event.
A minimum of the proportionate amount of the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
The events will only be cancelled in cases of extreme weather, rainfall will not force cancellation of the event.
